"The loyalty rewards weren’t worth the hassle"
I tried using my points, but they barely made a difference. Since the rewards were confusing, I ended up feeling like the whole program wasn’t really worth dealing with

"Nice shirts, but I wish there were more color options"
I like these shirts overall, the fit is good and the material feels decent to me. The only thing is the colors seemed kind of limited, at least from what I saw. A lot of them looked similar, mostly darker or muted shades. Maybe I missed some options, but I was hoping for a few brighter or fresher colors to choose from. Still a good shirt, just not a ton of variety...

"Promo Code Was a Letdown"
I saw the promo saying 25% off and figured, why not? But then the code kept failing at checkout no matter what I tried. What’s the point of advertising a discount if it doesn’t actually work? I reached out to support and just got a generic response back, which made it even more frustrating. Annoying experience overall, and I don’t see myself buying from them again.

"Sizing was seriously frustrating"
I ordered my usual size and didn’t have the patience for how weird this shirt fit. It was tight across the chest, loose around the waist, and the sleeves felt too short too. I even checked the size chart before buying, so yeah, annoying. For the price, I expected it to fit a lot better.

"Color was a little different"
The shirt fits fine and feels good, but the color wasn’t quite what I expected. It looked a bit darker online, and in person it’s more of a "lighter" shade. Not a huge deal, just worth mentioning

"Nice minimal look, but the logo is almost too subtle"
I do like the clean, minimal style and it definitely has a simple, polished feel. That said, the logo is so low key that it almost disappears, which makes it feel a little too plain for the price. It’s still a nice piece if you’re into super subtle branding, but it just wasn’t really my thing.

"Really frustrating wait"
I ordered from cutsclothing the whole delivery experience just felt off. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely seemed to move or tell me anything useful. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. I don’t know, it just didn’t feel worth the wait.

"Not the easiest to style"
It looks a bit too samey in person, and it’s hard to pair with a lot of outfits. It’s not bad, but for something you’d want to wear regularly, it just doesn’t feel very practical.

I was hoping to feel better about buying from them, but I couldn’t really find clear details about the materials they use or what their factory standards are like. For the price, it kind of feels like they’re just selling basic pieces without backing up the sustainability side much. Not really for me...

"Packaging felt amateur"
My order showed up in this plain, wrinkled bag, and it looked like someone just crammed the shirt in there and called it a day. No decent fold, no proper tag presentation, nothing that made it feel even remotely special. For the price, I expected a lot better than this sloppy little effort. First impression was not great.

"Pretty close to what I expected"
The shirt was similar to the photos, and the fit was mostly what the description said it would be, which was reassuring. The fabric did feel a bit thinner than I expected, so I wasn’t totally sure at first if it was what I had in mind. It’s not bad at all, just a little different from what I thought I was ordering.

"The site was kind of a pain to use"
I had a frustrating time with the site. Some pages loaded strangely, and the checkout kept acting up when I was just trying to finish my order. I don’t know, maybe it was just having a bad day or maybe my browser wasn’t helping, but either way it made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Got annoyed and bailed at checkout"
I was ready to buy, but wow, the checkout process instantly got on my nerves. My cart kept changing, the payment part wouldn’t go through smoothly, and I had to redo things more than once. For a site selling expensive clothes, I expected it to feel way easier. I got frustrated, closed the tab, and didn’t buy anything

"Always out of the stuff I want"
every time I go on the site, the size or color I want is sold out... it gets old fast. Like whats the point of shopping there if even the basic stuff is never available. Super annoying

"Looked nice at first... but didn’t hold up!!"
I was disappointed with this shirt after just a few washes!!! I followed the care instructions exactly... cold wash, hang dry, the whole thing... but the fabric still started feeling weird and the fit definitely changed. The collar got all wavy way sooner than I expected too!! For the price, I really thought it would last longer. It looked great at first, but the durability just isn’t there for me...

"Wanted to like them, but not comfy"
I really wanted to like these shirts, but they just didn’t feel great on. The weird part is, they’re not exactly super tight everywhere, but they felt stiff and snug in random spots, which got annoying after a few hours. I ended up wanting to change quickly. For the price, I expected them to be a lot more comfortable

"Not worth the price"
I bought a shirt from here and after just a few washes the seam started twisting. The stitching around the hem looks uneven too and there are loose threads showing. For what they charge I expected much better. I won't be buying again.

"I ordered two black tees, but somehow..."
I ordered two black tees, but somehow ended up with one grey one in the wrong size. I get that mistakes happen, but it felt like nobody really checked the order before sending it out. Support also took way too long to respond, so i don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
